Terms and Conditions 885bet – Usage Rules, Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 885bet platform — whether through the 885bet.xyz website or any mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and with the rules of Responsible Gambling.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the platform. Simply accessing the registration area or beginning any account creation process already constitutes implicit acceptance of the conditions described herein.

885bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When this occurs, the "last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised, and active users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. To create an account on 885bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be self-excluded from any sports betting or online casino platform in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of an employee or partner of 885bet;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Only permitted one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, even with different contact details, is considered a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, cancellation of any bonuses, and, where applicable, retention of balances pending verification.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. 885bet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak passwords, shared credentials, or the user's own negligence with their login information.

885bet applies identity verification procedures (KYC — Know Your Customer) to meet legal obligations related to anti-money laundering and the protection of minors. Verification may be requested at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or when the security team detects unusual account activity.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Official government-issued photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, Passport, or Work Card);
• Recent proof of address (utility bill for water, electricity, or gas, or a bank statement dated within the last 3 months);

885bet accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively available to residents of Brazil and in the national currency (BRL — Reais):

• Boleto bancário — cleared within up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo;

• TED Transfer — available through Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Santander, and other Brazilian financial institutions.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no fixed maximum per transaction, but amounts above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

885bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. 885bet is not liable for deposits that fail to process due to third-party issues (banks, card processors, etc.).

The primary withdrawal method at 885bet is Pix, with a processing time of up to 5 minutes for amounts within standard security parameters. Pix is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For withdrawals via other methods, the timelines are:

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30,00. Withdrawals must be made to an account held under the same CPF registered on the 885bet account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the request being cancelled and a security investigation being opened.

885bet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 in a single request or above R$ 20,000.00 accumulated within a calendar month. During verification, the processing time may be extended to up to 3 business days.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only after the corresponding rollover requirement is fully met are the winnings generated from bonus funds converted into real balance and made available for withdrawal.

• The Welcome Bonus (100% up to R$ 500,00) is exclusive to new users — one per CPF only, non-transferable, and not combinable with other welcome bonuses;
• Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met within the validity period. The rollover requirement is 5x for sports bonuses, 20x for casino bonuses, and 15x for crash game bonuses;
• Bets that count toward the rollover must have minimum odds of 1.60 for sports bonuses;
• Unused bonuses that expire within their validity period are automatically cancelled with no compensation;
• 885bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent use, multi-account abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the promotion's conditions is detected;
• The weekly cashback in the VIP Program is calculated on net losses (losing bets minus winning bets) and carries no additional rollover requirement;
• Bonus bets that are cancelled, voided, or placed on both sides of the same market (hedging) do not count toward the rollover.

Sports betting at 885bet is governed by the following general rules, in addition to the sport-specific rules available on the platform:

• A bet confirmed by the user and accepted by the system is binding and irrevocable, except where the cashout feature is available and exercised by the user within the applicable timeframe;
• In the event of a event cancellation or postponement for more than 48 hours, the bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the user's balance;
• In the event of a odds error caused by a technical failure, 885bet reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the staked amount;
• Bets on started events placed before the scheduled time are voided if the schedule change was not reflected in the odds before the bet was placed;
• The official result for bet settlement purposes is the final result ratified by the event's organizing body, unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules;
• Live bets are subject to broadcast delays — 885bet is not responsible for bets placed based on event information already reflected in the outcome before the system confirms it.

885bet covers the biggest Brazilian football competitions (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), as well as e-sports, MMA/UFC, basketball NBB, volleyball, and over 30 other sports. Market availability may vary by competition.

The main rules of the VIP Program include:

• The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (own balance only — bonus balance is not included in the cashback calculation);
• Cashback is credited automatically every Sunday at midnight — no request needed;

The following are strictly prohibited on the 885bet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or another person's CPF;
• Using false information, altered documents, or another person's identity during registration or KYC verification;
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market (hedging) for the sole purpose of meeting bonus rollover requirements;
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software to automate sports bets or casino games without express authorization from 885bet;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, technical glitches, or loopholes in the odds system;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other unlawful financial transaction;
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting members of the 885bet support team;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or selling access to your own account;
• Using the platform for any purpose that is illegal under current Brazilian law.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and balances pending verification, permanent account closure, and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 885bet support — via live chat, email (suporte@885bet.xyz), or WhatsApp. Before closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and the available balance (excluding unmet bonus balances) will be returned via Pix.

885bet may unilaterally close an account in the following situations:

885bet provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 2 hours in advance. Emergency outages may occur without prior notice.

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions;
• Internet connection instability on the user's end that affects live bets;
• Deposit or withdrawal delays caused by third-party financial institutions;
• Content on third-party websites that may be accessed via external links not affiliated with 885bet;
• Unauthorized use of the account by third parties resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

Under no circumstances shall 885bet's total cumulative liability to a single user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
